In this article, I will show you how to root most tecno phones. If your phone model is not here you can still go ahead and try it at your own risk. No risk, no gain. Here are they list of tecno phone i have tried on and it worked.  Tecno A+(f7), A2(f8) , s3, h5, m3, p5, l3, d3, d5, n7, n9, p9, m7, q1, s5, b3, d9, m5, m9 (A3) and s7.
How to root Tecno Q1, H5, N7, D5, D9, M5, P5, S3, S5, P9, M7 and M3
Procedure
1. Download Framaroot to your
device
2. Launch and Install Framaroot
3. Click on Install Supersu
4. Click on Boromir
5. You are rooted
How to root tecno L3
To root your Tecno L3, you'll need:
1. A Computer and USB debugging enabled on your L3
2. A USB cable to connect the Tecno L3 to the
computer
3. Download SHUAME
4. Install Root Checker on your phone to know if you
are have been granted Root access
Follow these steps carefully.
- After the download of shuame on your PC, install it
- Connect your TECNO L3 and Launch SHUAME
allow the shuame load the phone name and build
etc.

now click on what is circled in the picture below

Note: if you see the red alert on the -~# Root it
simply means you have not been rooted and also
that you can root the phone using the software. but
if not either you have been rooted or you cant root
your device with the software.
After few minutes you should get this screen

What you will need
1.A laptop or desktop computer
2. Download and Install PdaNet+
3. Download Eroot
4.The USB cable of your phone.
How to root your Tecno Phantom A, A+ , A2, B3, S7 and D3
* Download Eroot
* Download PdaNet
* Enable USB debugging on the phone (Settings > Developer > Tick USB Debugging)
* Connect the phone to the PC then install PdaNet, you should get a "Drivers successfully installed" message at the end of installation
* Launch Eroot
* A root button will appear. If it doesn't, close
the PdaNet running from your system tray.
* Click on the root button and your phone will be
rooted in 10 seconds.
How to root Tecno M9 (A3)
Step 1 - Backup all the data on your device
before start the vRoot process.
Step 2 - Download the android VRoot tool NOTE: If you are Non-Chines please use vroot english version
Step 3 - Enable debugging on your android
device.(Settings-->Developer options-->USB debugging)
Step 4 - Open the VRoot software on your
computer.
Step 5 - Connect the PC and the android device.
Step 6 - Once you connect the device and pc it will automatically detect your smart phone.
Step 7 - Then click the "Root" button to start the
rooting process.
Step 8 - Device will reboot automatically and
confirm by the Vroot software
Howto root Tecno N3, D3, D5 and P3
1. Download poot to your phone
2. Go to settings on the phone > Application: check unknown source > tap preferred install location> select internal device storage > tap development > check USB debugging > Allow mock locations Internet access on the phone.
3. Now you are ready for the main rooting. To root your Tecno phone
4. Go to file explorer on your phone
5. Locate the poot application you downloaded above,
6. Click on it and install it to phone memory.
7. After installing open the installed poot application from your menu icon
8. It will request to download ministro services
9. Download and install Ministro II library from Google play store.
10. Now go back to open the poot application again
11. It will ask to update QT libraries, do that and your phone should restart automatically
12. If it doesn't, restart it yourself.
13. Now remove your memory card and boot the phone without a memory card.
14. Immediately the phone gets to home-screen quickly go tap on the poot application and tap on 'press here to poot'
15. After the above step your phone should shut down automatically (if it doesn't, restart your phone and repeat from step 5).
16. After the phone goes off, it should come back, but if it does not you have to remove the battery and put it back, then start it.
17. Now again quickly tap on the poot aplication immediately your phone gets to the home-screen
18. If every thing goes well then you should see an option to download super user and root checker
16. If not try the steps again till you see
this two options.
17. Now download and install the super user and
root checker from the link on poot.
18. Open up root checker and click verify to check
the status of your phone.
19. You should see 'congratulation your phone has root access'
20. If you get demon materialized while pooting, simply restart and keep trying.

How to Increase your phone storage space with simple steps

Below are they steps needed in other to increase the memory spave in your phone. If you follow these steps carefully one after the other you will surely achieve your aims



1.) Your android phone must be rooted. Yes, before you go ahead make sure your phone is
 rooted.

2.) You need a file explorer that has root privileges or one that can
access your phone’s root folder. Examples are Xplorer, Es File Explorer,
 or Root Explorer. We will use Es File Explorer as example.

3.) Navigate to Root Folder/data/log_other_mode

4.)Open the folder and delete all the files inside it. Fear not, your phone won’t spoil if you delete them. 5.)Reboot your phone. Go check your internal storage and see it has increased.


 if you checked and didn’t see the log_other_mode folder here are some other folders you can wipe its content to further free more extra space.

6.) Navigate to /data/dalvik cache, delete everything .
 7.) Navigate to/data/lost+found, delete everything.
 8.) Navigate to /system/lost+found, delete everything in it. For those that want to go the extra mile. There’s a culprit app that generates these huge sized log files, Its called MTK Logger
 9.) Navigate to /system/app. Delete MTK Logger.apk and the corresponding MTK Logger.odex file. Then reboot your device.

If It appears that there are yet more folders you can delete to free up more space on your phone
 10.) Navigate to /data/data-core , delete everything.
 11.) Navigate to /aex_exp , delete everything. Reboot you phone after doing this, and enjoy more free space

BlackBerry is reportedly making an Android phone

Hardcore fans might find it hard to accept it, but this doesn’t change the fact that BlackBerry isn’t going to storm back and beat iOS and Android anytime soon. The company failed to win the hearts of consumers, and it’s now considering something rather radical: Making Android phones.

Just like Nokia before it, BlackBerry stuck to its own operating system even after it became clear that iPhone and Android have won the mobile battle. But unlike Nokia, which didn’t even want to try Android, BlackBerry is now willing to give Google’s mobile operating system a try.
Four sources familiar with the company’s plans have told Reuters that BlackBerry is indeed working on such a device. Using Android is apparently “part of BlackBerry’s strategy to pivot to focus on software and device management.”

Moving to Android doesn’t necessarily mean that BlackBerry 10 devices will be killed, and the company told the publication in a statement that it “remains committed to the BlackBerry 10 operating system, which provides security and productivity benefits that are unmatched.”
The rumored BlackBerry Android device would probably be a slider that would pack a touchscreen display and a slide-out physical QWERTY keyboard. The device would be released this autumn, sources said, with BlackBerry having shown it off on stage at Mobile World Congress in early March.
The company apparently wants to convince big customers that its BES12 system can be successfully used to manage and secure smartphones running rival operating system. Sources also said that the BlackBerry Android device would likely include patented features from the BlackBerry 10 operating system, assuming the company moves forward with these plans.

Lumia 640 and 640 XL said to land on AT&T this month

AT&T will start selling the Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL sometime later this month, according to a report from WinSuperSite. While the former is expected to be released within the next week, the latter will arrive by the end of the month.

As for the price, the unlocked version of the Lumia 640 is expected to carry a price tag in the range of $100 to $150, while that of its larger brother is expected to cost $100 more, which means somewhere between $200 and $250.
