Check whether the time and date on your phone is correct.Check your gprs settings whether it in the right order.Also try to browse on your web browser to see if it will connecting to opera because without network it will never browse.

Since ur dstv software is not connected then try freebe tv that i've just posted today with a link you can use and start watching foreign channel immediately without registering or downloading a software.
